A 30-minute conversation with a founding team member. We want to understand your background, what you're looking for, and how you approach problems.

A short focused task — typically two to three hours. We're evaluating how you structure your thinking and communicate conclusions, not just the output.

A longer conversation exploring your assessment and experience. We want to understand how you work with others and handle ambiguity under real conditions.
